  • Joint-QA Project : University experts and partners from Africa and Europe chart a course

    Cameroon, Burkina Faso and Côte d’Ivoire will soon have a harmonized quality assurance system that will govern university education in these countries and beyond.

    University experts, quality assurance officials from these  countries, Europe and technical and financial partners met in Yaounde to outline  details of the project, known as the Joint-QA project.

    University experts and regional quality assurance experts met in Yaounde from 14-17th May to discuss regional integration of higher education via the adoption of a quality assurance model. 

    The project is co-coordinated by OBREAL, an organization of Universities in Africa and Europe, and the Malagasy Council for Higher Education, known in French as CAMES.

    “The quality of training and research in our universities is fast degrading. This is why it important to have a harmonized evaluation system for quality assurance that governs the 19- CAMES member states,” Prof. Souleymane KONATÉ, Secretary General of CAMES said.

    Among participants of the conference that held from 14th May -17 in Yaounde were quality assurance experts from two universities in the Cameroon, Burkina Faso and Côte d’Ivoire. Cameroon was represented  by  quality assurance officials from the Universities of Dschang and Douala.

    Chancellor of Academic Orders, Prof. Jacques Fames Ndongo was represented at the opening ceremony of the joint-QA summit by Prof. Marcel Fouda Ndjodo, Inspector General of Academic Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education.

    “ Last year the Head of State enacted a law on Higher Education in Cameroon. It created a commission for accreditation and quality assurance in the higher education sector. This conference is an important milestone and international benchmark for us. It will give us ideas and insights for the setting up of our national agency for quality assurance in higher education,” Prof. Ndjodo said.

    The Joint-QA project is a three-year project that is sponsored by the European Union and with technical support from OBREAL and other partners from Europe . It will be executed in the three shortlisted countries, and later become a model for quality assurance in universities within the sub region.

    “ We are here to passionately contribute to the development of the quality assurance plan and we expect that it will go beyond Francophone Africa and other countries targeted by the Joint-QA project,” Marina Larrea, Senior Coordinator for Higher Education Policy at OBREAL said.

    The sub region is getting ready for this landmark shift in the university system. University officials from Chad and Ghana have been invited to take part in deliberations, although the plan will be  implemented in their countries much later.

    Stakeholders say the model for quality assurance in the countries concerned will be flexible and respect the national culture of each  country where it will be implemented.

    The  QA-project is being designed to ultimately improve the quality of training and research, as well as mobility of students within the sub region and in other parts of the Africa.

  • #NationalDay2024: René Claude Meka insiste sur la cohérence des mouvements

    Le général de corps d’armée, chef d’état-major des armées (CEMA), a fait cette recommandation aux différents corps à l’issue de la répétition du défilé militaire ce 16 mai au Boulevard du 20 mai à Yaoundé.

     

    Peaufiner le pas et harmoniser les mouvements pour le succès de la grande parade de la 52e Fête nationale. C’est l’objectif du défilé militaire qui a eu lieu ce jeudi au Boulevard du 20 mai à Yaoundé. Les différentes composantes de l’armée et des forces de sécurité ont effectué deux passages à pieds devant les responsables des différents corps et le ministre de la Défense, Joseph Beti Assomo. Après le Carrousel au rythme de la police, les autorités militaires ont apprécié entre autres, les carrés de la Garde présidentielle, de la Gendarmerie nationale, du corps national des sapeurs-pompiers, de l’École militaire interarmées et des anciens combattants. C’était sous la conduite du commandant des troupes du défilé du 20 mai pour cette année, le général de Brigade, Donatien Melingui Nouma.

    Sous un ton ferme, le général de corps d’armée, chef d’état-major des armées (CEMA), a martelé aux chefs de section et autres responsables des carrés de veiller à la cohérence des faits et gestes de leurs hommes. « Tout le monde doit avoir la même cadence » a relevé René Claude Meka. « Il y a des choses à améliorer, la distance entre les différents carrés » a-t-il souligné.

    Ainsi, la répétition générale du défilé civil et militaire prévue ce 17 mai sera l’occasion de réajuster d’éventuelles incohérences.

  • Adolescent Health : Experts Seek Solutions to Challenges at First Congress

     

    Health experts in Cameroon and partners are seeking solutions to adolescent health challenges at the first congress of the Cameroonian Society of Adolescent Health that opened in Yaounde on 14th May 2024.

     

    Discussions at two-day event are focused on the theme “Adolescents and Globalization : Health Challenges in Resource Limited Setting”.

    The first Congress of the Cameroonian Society of Adolescent Health began in Yaoundé on 14th May, 2024.

    The maiden congress on adolescent health was chaired by the Representative of the Minister of  Public Health, Mr. Boukar Oumaté, currently the Inspector General of Administrative Services at the Ministry of Public Health.

      “The health of adolescents is an indicator of a country’s development and everyone should be concerned,” Mr. Oumaté said.

    The first Scientific Days of the Cameroonian Society of Adolescent Health( CASADO), has been organized in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the World Health Organization. The WHO Resident Representative, Phanuel Habimana, was represented at the event by Dr BAONGA BA POUTH Simon Frank.

    CASADO’s maiden conference is taking place with technical support technical support and financial support from WHO Cameroon and the WHO Regional Office for Africa.

    Stepping up the Crusade against Cervical Cancer

    It is an opportunity for WHO to promote the the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccine, mental health, nutritional health and fight all forms of physical and sexual violence against adolescents.

    Cameroon added the HPV vaccine to its immunization list in 2020 to fight cervical cancer among young women. In September 2020, the government announced plans to administer the vaccine to  339,908 young girls aged 9. Since the introduction of the HPV vaccine, the Ministry of Public Health and partners, among them WHO, have embarked on educating parents about the importance of the vaccine. From 2020-2022, the HPV vaccine was administered to young girls aged 9-14 who were not yet sexually active. In 2023, vaccination was extended to include young boys within the same age range. WHO is at conference on adolescent health to let the public know why it is important for these young people to get the jab.Prof. Mbu Robinson, Director of the Yaounde Gyneco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital says the vaccine does not prevent cervical cancer when young girls are already sexually active.

    Adolescents’ struggles 

    Drugs, juvenile delinquency, unwanted pregnancies, access to good sexual health services and mental health issues are some of the challenges adolescents in Cameroon are grappling with. 

    “Adolescence is a critical period in our lives when we are transitioning from childhood to adulthood and facing a number of challenges.  Adolescents are trying to position themselves in the society, wanting to be adults, but also facing the physical change that comes from puberty. This physical change will also create a factor of vulnerability that can lead to an early pregnancy, infection with a sexually transmitted disease -HIV/AIDS being one of them,” Dr. Bacha Abdelkader, facilitator from UNICEF told CRTV Web. 

    Recent WHO data shows that adolescents aged 10 – 19 constitute 23% of Cameroon’s population, and suffer from several challenges  that are unique to their age group. 

    These issues concern 19% of girls who are forced into early marriage, a high birth rate of 122 per thousand among adolescent girls, 26.4% of teenagers dealing with an unmet need for family planning, higher than that for adults which is currently 23%. The drug consumption  rate  and narcotics among adolescents is 26% for tobacco, 20% for alcohol, 15% tramadol and 2% for cannabis.

    With regards mental health, 26% of adolescents are said to suffer from severe depression, 42% suffer from anemia,  13% suffer from overweight or obesity, and 19% suffer from accidents on public roads. Physical and sexual violence also constitutes part of  adolescents’ struggles.

    To address the growing problem of mental wellbeing, especially among adolescents WHO recommends “actions aimed at strengthening mental and physical capacities including cognitive and psychological capacities, in order to maintain them at an optimal level for as long as possible.”

    The WHO representative Dr BAONGA BA POUTH Simon Frank says the first scientific days of the Cameroonian society for adolescent health is “timely because this is an ideal framework to address all the problems or challenges related to adolescent health in a context such as ours that suffers from limited resources, and to reflect on high-impact interventions to advance the adolescent health agenda in Cameroon.”

    For the President of the Cameroonian Society of Adolescent Health, being proactive in the search for solutions to adolescent health challenges is of utmost importance.

    “We organized this conference because we want to sit down with other health experts and find possible solutions to health challenges facing adolescents, so that problems should not arise before we start looking for solutions. We have to look for the solution to better handle such challenges  that are usually  difficult to manage,” Prof. Essiben Felix, President of  CASADO said.

    Preventing Gender Based Violence (GBV), adolescent crisis and mental health, puberty, menstrual problems and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) are among issues being discussed at the conference.

    At the end of the two-day event, experts hope to reach a consensus on how to tackle health problems of adolescents.

  • Disability inclusion : Persons with Disabilities to receive better health care

    Some heads of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) have lauded the spin offs of a project instituted to promote their rights. 

    The project was jointly carried out by  the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, the United Nations High Commission for Human Rights, the United Nations Population Fund in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs.

    It is intended to strengthen the rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), ensure accessibility and inclusive services and prevent all forms of  discrimination in Cameroon.

    “Statistics show that PWDs are  among the most vulnerable in the world, most of them affected by high levels of poverty. The government with its partners are ready to accompany these people in the drive for inclusion,” the Minister of Social Affairs, Pauline Irene Ngune who co-chaired the steering committee meeting said. 

    Stakeholders from OPDs, representatives from Elections Cameroon, the National Institute for Statistics, Human Rights Commission, representatives from Ministries, heads of UN agencies and officials of the Ministry of Social Affairs met in Yaounde during the second steering committee of the project on 13th May 2024 to discuss the outcome of the project. 

    “Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) will receive more support from hospitals in terms of consultation because a good number of medical personnel were trained in the course of this project. Most doctors  used to just imagine disability impairment, but they were trained in the course of this project and they now know how to classify disability,” Agbor Valery Orock, Executive President of the Coordinating Unit of the Association of PWDs South West Region told CRTV WEB. 

    The project also strengthened Organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) and equipped their leadership with skills to better run the structures. This has given rise to a management approach that is based  on advocacy. Mr. Orock affirms the OPDs now have new tools that will help to step up advocacy.  

    Representatives of OPDs are calling on government to accelerate efforts to protect the rights of PWDs, ensure access and prevent all forms of discrimination. 

    “We wish to call on various government actors to respect the UN Convention which is outlined in the training guide and PWDs to work in collaboration with the government so that the inclusion of PWDs should be better,” the Executive President of the National Platform of Organisations for the Promotion of Persons with Disabilities in Cameroon said. 

    The project was officially launched in Yaoundé on July 20, 2022 during the first steering committee  led by UNESCO and the Ministry of Social Affairs (MINAS) with the participation of several stakeholders including representatives of disabled people’s organisations.

  • #NationalDay2024: le ministre de la Jeunesse appelle au patriotisme

    À moins d’une semaine de la célébration de la 52ème édition de la Fête nationale du Cameroun, le ministre de la Jeunesse et de l’Education civique (MINJEC), Mounouna Foutsou, était à Fongo Tongo dans la région de l’Ouest ce mardi 14 mai 2024.

    Le ministre de la Jeunesse et de l’Éducation civique, en sa qualité du président du comité national de l’Organisation des manifestations civiles, a procédé au lancement des manifestations civiles de l’événement ce mardi. Au-delà de la sensibilisation de la population sur les valeurs du patriotisme, ce lancement des activités a pour objectif de renforcer le vivre-ensemble, l’unité et l’intégration nationale. Pour le maire de la commune de Fongo Tongo, cette localité brille déjà par son hospitalité et l’esprit de fraternité.  «Les déplacés internes sont les bienvenus ici, car même le chef supérieur possède dans sa chefferie, une quinzaine d’appartements pour les accueillir» a souligné Paul Ndongue.

    Promouvoir le brassage des populations

    Dans son discours de circonstance, le ministre de la Jeunesse et de l’Éducation civique a relevé que l’édification de la République exemplaire sonne comme une interpellation à l’endroit des populations en vue de l’inclusion de toutes les catégories de personnes. « Cette préoccupation justifie la prise en compte dans le Programme national harmonisé de la présente édition de la Fête nationale d’un certain nombre d’activités innovantes notamment les camps d’unités et les carrefours du vivre-ensemble » a relevé Mounouna Foutsou. Pour donner du contenu à ces activités, le Minjec a exhorté les populations de Fongo Tongo à mener au quotidien des actions visibles, d’unité, d’acceptation de l’autre, en appui au dispositif gouvernemental mis en place.

    Mounouna Foutsou a été anobli « Fô Tsôola » c’est-à-dire dire “celui qui aide” en langue locale Fongo Tongo, au cours du lancement de ces activités civiles en prélude à la Fête nationale prévue le 20 mai 2024.

  • La CRTV passe en HD en fin 2024

    L’annonce est faite ce 14 mai 2024 par la directrice des Relations chaînes Canal+ International, reçue en audience ce jour par le DG de la #CRTV, Charles Ndongo.

    Isabelle Lallemand, Directrice des relations chaînes Canal+ International, qu’accompagnait Paul Tamba, Directeur général Canal+ Cameroun, a été reçue en audience ce jour par le Directeur général de la CRTV, Charles Ndongo. Au terme de son séjour au siège de l’Office national, Mme Lallemand a annoncé deux grandes nouveautés majeures pour les téléspectateurs de la CRTV :

    – Passage de la chaîne CRTV en début de numérotation sur Canal+ d’ici fin 2024. Cela permettra aux abonnés de Canal+ de retrouver plus facilement la chaîne publique sur leur bouquet.

    – Basculement de la chaîne CRTV principale en haute définition (HD) d’ici fin 2024 également. La HD offrira une qualité d’image et de son nettement supérieure, pour une expérience télévisuelle optimale.

    Ce passage en HD s’inscrit dans la volonté de la CRTV de se moderniser et d’offrir à ses téléspectateurs la meilleure qualité de service possible.Il permettra également à la chaîne publique de se démarquer davantage de la concurrence et de conforter sa position de leader sur le marché camerounais. Pour en profiter, les consommateurs doivent posséder un téléviseur à la norme HDTV 1080p et disposer d’un récepteur numérique capable de décoder et de traiter un signal HD. 

    En plus de ces deux annonces majeures, Mme Lallemand a également salué la qualité des productions de la CRTV, notamment des chaînes CRTV News et CRTV Sports, qui ont déjà basculé en HD.

  • Dialogue social: le BIT encourage l’entrepreunariat jeunes

    Cette exhortation du Directeur général du Bureau international du travail (BIT), Gilbert Fossoun Houngbo était l’un des sujets au centre de l’audience  que lui a accordé le ministre du Travail et de la Sécurité sociale, Grégoire Owona, ce 13 mai à Yaoundé.

     

    La visite du Directeur général du BIT au Cameroun, intervient dans un contexte où le gouvernement encourage les syndicats et autres partenaires sociaux à toujours privilégier le dialogue social. D’où la nécessité selon Gilbert Fossoun Houngbo, «d’encourager les efforts déployés par l’État pour l’amélioration du climat social ». Pour le diplomate, cette visite s’inscrit dans la mission de l’Organisation internationale du travail dont le Cameroun est membre titulaire, à promouvoir la justice sociale, les droits de l’homme et du travail internationalement reconnus.

    Contenu de l’audience

    D’importants sujets ont fait l’objet des échanges entre le ministre du Travail et de la Sécurité sociale et le Directeur général du Bureau international du travail ce lundi. Il s’agit de la question du programme pays pour le travail décent, en particulier celle relative au respect des droits des enfants travaillant dans les mines. En effet, ce programme vise la protection sociale des personnes en situation de vulnérabilité. Il était question du renforcement des capacités des partenaires sociaux, mais aussi de la problématique de l’impact de l’intelligence artificielle en rapport avec le monde du travail et l’importance de mettre l’accent sur l’entrepreunariat de la jeunesse. En visite de travail jusqu’au 15 mai au Cameroun, le Directeur général du BIT, reviendra en profondeur sur ces sujets avec les membres du gouvernement, les organisations professionnelles et les syndicats des travailleurs. 

    Une conférence sur l’avenir du travail et la signature du nouveau Document cadre du Programme Pays pour le Travail Décent (PPTD), constituera le point d’orgue de cette visite de trois jours.

  • CRID : The Centre Advancing Health Care in Africa via Quality research gets inaugurated

    The Centre for Research in Infectious Diseases (CRID), a Cameroonian-based research institution committed to advancing research in infectious diseases has been inaugurated.

    Dr. Etoundi Mballa Georges, personal representative of the Minister of Public Health inaugurated the centre on 8th May, 2024 in Yaounde.

    Over 150 guests comprising health experts, researchers, interns from the Universities of Yaoundé 1, Buea and Bamenda, traditional rulers, and other guests attended the event which held at the head office of the institution in Odza, Yaoundé, Cameroon.

    “ The fight against infectious diseases is a key priority for the Ministry of Public Health. For us to have innovative and adapted strategies to fight these diseases, we need proper research. This is why we must salute this initiative which permits us to have a state-of-the-art  laboratory which will permit us to have a solution to all our problems,” Dr. Etoundi Mballa Georges said.

    Bringing down the Malaria Burden 

    According to the Ministry of Public Health, close to 3million Malaria cases were reported in Cameroon in 2023, representing 28% of consultations. The country also reported over 1.2 Malaria-related admissions and 1,756 deaths from Malaria.

    Malaria control is one of the areas where CRID is making  strides in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health, the National Malaria Control Programme and other national and international health partners, among them, Impact Santé Afrique.

    “We are working with the Ministry of Public Health and other stakeholders to bring the malaria burden down. We are doing it at two levels; by helping Cameroon implement the best control strategies against malaria vectors. We find out mosquito genetic behavior, and how they manage to avoid being killed by bed nets and we tell the Ministry of Health the best bed nets that will contain these mosquitoes, and reduce the malaria burden,” Prof. Charles Wondji, Executive Director of CRID said. 

    CRID is also crafting innovative malaria control methods, and strengthening local capacities for surveillance and elimination of the disease.

    “We are working on innovative methods to accelerate control. One  of such methods  is  special repellants. We just got a funding to research on the use of the repellants  that will drive mosquitoes from houses and prevent them from biting humans. This will drastically reduce malaria transmission in the coming years,” the Executive Director said.

    Apart from malaria control, CRID has been  carrying out research on sleeping sickness, yellow fever and emerging vector-borne diseases such as zika and dengue since its creation 6 years ago. 

    Following the inauguration of CRID’s headquarters, Hon Marie Ngoko Mambe Tchouante, member of the Parliamentary Caucus for health financing in Cameroon expressed the desire to see the structure expand its research activities to vaccine control. 

    “We are hoping the Centre for Research in Infectious Diseases (CRID) will be supported and accompanied so that they can control the quality of vaccines that enter our country,” Hon Marie Ngoko Mambe Tchouante said. 

    The Centre for Infectious Diseases 

    CRID was created in 2018 with a vision to improve the living conditions of populations through quality research. It has also been strengthening the capacities and skills of researchers in tropical infectious diseases.

    The structure has a manpower of 130 people working in 3 main units: Administration and Finance, Medical Entomology, Parasitology and Microbiology. 

    CRID is equipped with a state-of-the-art molecular biology laboratory, insectariums, 3 experimental stations for evaluating the effectiveness of vector control tools in semi-natural conditions, as well as a research team consisting of principal investigators, post-doctoral researchers, laboratory technicians, PHD students and Masters students.

    In its drive to advance health care in Africa, CRID has expanded its research activities beyond Cameroon’s borders. In 6 years of existence, the centre has carried out research in 10 other African countries;  Nigeria, Uganda, Mozambique, Malawi, Chad, Congo Brazzaville, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Benin, and Ghana. The institution’s major research activities include the evaluation of insecticide resistance, the evaluation of the genetic bases of resistance, the effectiveness of vector control tools, and the development of molecular markers to detect and track resistance

  • Messe de la Nation: Mgr Jean Mbarga plaide pour la préservation de la vie

    L’archevêque métropolitain de Yaoundé s’exprimait lors de la 8e édition de cette célébration eucharistique ce dimanche 12 mai 2024.

    Comme à chaque édition, plusieurs membres du gouvernements se sont joints aux fidèles en la Basilique Marie-Reine-Des-Apôtres de Mvolyé à Yaoundé, pour élever la prière lors de cet office célébré par l’ordinaire du lieu, Mgr Jean Mbarga, archevêque métropolitain de Yaoundé.

    La sacralité de la vie

    Occasion pour l’homme de Dieu de plaider pour la sacralité de la vie au Cameroun. « Que la vie vive dans toutes ses expressions et dans son intégralité afin d’honorer le commandement principal qui est : Tu ne tueras point », a-t-il demandé. À cet effet, Mgr Jean Mbarga souhaite que chacun ait la grâce de vouloir du bien de son prochain. « Pour cela, il faut promouvoir les bonnes relations. Implorer la volonté de Dieu afin qu’il nous inspire nos paroles, gestes et actes. Ainsi, l’homme ne sera plus un loup pour l’homme mais un ami », dira-t-il.

    La messe de la Nation  de cette année aura donc permis de plaider auprès de Dieu, par l’entremise de la Vierge Marie, pour une paix durable au Cameroun. Car « Nous savons que 2024-2025 constitue pour notre pays des rendez-vous spéciaux. Nous avons donc offert tout cela à Dieu pour que les événements qui vont évoluer dans les jours à venir se fassent dans la paix et la maturité, dans la fraternité, afin que le bien commun soit supérieur au bien personnel et aux intérêts particuliers », explique l’archevêque métropolitain de Yaoundé.

    Préserver la vie sous toutes ses formes

    Si Mgr Jean Mbarga insiste pour éviter les différentes atteintes à l’intégrité de la personne humaine, parmi lesquelles les atteintes physiques, médiatiques, personnelles, familiales, politiques ou même spirituelles, il invite également à ne pas arrêter la chaîne de la procréation. D’où son appel : «Restons en veille face à la propagation de l’IVG. Laissons naître nos enfants afin qu’ils soient la source de l’espoir dans les familles ». Il demandera par la même occasion que ces enfants bénéficient d’une saine éducation.

    Dans le même ordre d’idées, le prélat exhorte ses ouailles de continuer à valoriser le lien du mariage entre l’homme et la femme, car c’est la volonté de Dieu et c’est également la voie qui assure la procréation de la vie humaine. Pour que cette vie humaine retrouve une amélioration positive, il souhaite que la vie économique retrouve une énergie nouvelle et que la nécessité de la préservation de l’environnement soit une priorité.

    Tout ceci mérite, selon lui, que des efforts soient fournis dans le sens d’avoir une pensée, une vision, une conscience nationale et le patriotisme afin que la vie socio-politique soit caractérisée par la paix pour le bonheur de tous.

  • #NationalDay2024: un dispositif sécuritaire optimal est en place

    C’est ce qui ressort de la réunion sur la situation sécuritaire du Cameroun que vient de présider le Premier ministre, Joseph Dion Ngute à Yaoundé.

     

    Passer au peigne fin la situation sécuritaire des dix régions du pays à quelques jours de la Fête nationale. C’est l’objectif de la réunion sécuritaire qui a mobilisé huit membres du gouvernement autour du Premier ministre mercredi dernier. Ainsi, une attention particulière a été accordée aux régions du Nord-Ouest, du Sud-Ouest considérées comme des zones chaudes. Aussi la vigilance reste-t-elle de mise dans la région de l’Extrême-Nord à cause des attaques sporadiques de la secte terroriste Boko Haram. Même vigilance accrue à l’Est pour refouler d’éventuelles incursions des rebelles centrafricains. Mais aussi dans l’Adamaoua où l’on assiste souvent à des prises d’otages avec demande de rançons. Concernant la situation sécuritaire dans toutes ces régions, le ministre de la Défense, Joseph Beti Assomo, a présenté un tableau rassurant. 

    Sécurité et climat social

    À ce sujet, le ministre de l’Administration territoriale, Paul Atanga Nji, a confié qu’il n’y aura pas de heurts et de troubles à l’ordre public. Concernant le climat social, le ministre du Travail et de la Sécurité sociale, Grégoire Owona, a indiqué que « le dialogue reste permanent entre le gouvernement et ses partenaires ». Quant à la disponibilité des produits de grande consommation, le ministre du Commerce, a également rassuré que « les marchés locaux sont suffisamment approvisionnés ». Luc Magloire Mbarga Atangana a ajouté que ses services veillent à ce que les commerçants véreux ne créent aucune pénurie. 

    Au regard des différentes mesures prise

     les Camerounais vont donc célébrer la 52e édition de la Fête nationale en toute quiétude, le 20 mai 2024.
